Meet the FRC Team by Service Area

Tim is the Central Operations Manager and Real Estate Sales Agent responsible for oversight of forest management activities on all client-owned property in Alabama, western Georgia, and Mississippi. Most recently, Tim has served as Regional Manager of FRC’s Texas Operations.

In this position, he was successful in leading over 40 employees in the management of 1.1 million acres of client-owned assets. Since joining FRC in 2006 and becoming a shareholder in 2017, Tim has successfully opened offices in southeastern Georgia as well as launched the Lumpkin, Georgia operations. He has 36 years of forest operations experience in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas.

Tim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Michigan Technological University. He is a past board member of the Liberty County Forestry Board and Partners for Parks at Lake Warren State Park.

Tim has also served on the Georgia Forestry Association’s Environmental Committee. He is a SAF Certified Forester, a Registered Forester in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Alabama and Georgia.

As Eastern Operations Manager, Ike provides oversight on the management of institutional and private client holdings in northeast, central, and southeastern Georgia. His work ethic and attention to detail are important elements that have contributed to his growth as a manager of regional client properties.

Ike joined the FRC staff in 2007 as a forest technician in the Macon, Georgia office. He was promoted to an area forester position in 2009 and relocated to the Lumpkin, Georgia office. In 2014, Ike took over management responsibilities of FRC’s Waycross office as account manager.

He became a company shareholder in 2018.  Ike obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University.  He is a Registered Forester in Georgia and a member of the Georgia Forestry Association.

Jacob serves as the Western Operations Manager in charge of forestry management activities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Jacob served as an Account Manager in our Nacogdoches, Texas office where he planned and executed forest management operations in the eastern Texas region. Jacob joined FRC in 2019 with 10 years’ experience as a forestry consultant and logging contractor in eastern Texas.

Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He is a member of the Texas Forestry Association and the Texas Logging Council and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.

Charles is a Senior Client Account Manager with responsibilities including oversight and implementation of management activities on private, non-industrial client forestlands in central and eastern Georgia. He also manages reforestation operations, forest inventory projects, and provides support on appraisal projects.

Before joining FRC in 1997 and becoming a shareholder in 2017, Charles worked in timber procurement and served as forester with a large consulting firm. He obtained his Associate of Applied Science in Forestry at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and his Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from the University of Georgia in 1989. Charles is a Registered Forester and a Registered Real Property Appraiser in Georgia.

Brad serves as a Senior Client Account Manager in charge of forestry management operations in western Alabama and central Mississippi. He is one of FRC’s key regional leaders given his knowledge of forestry operations and technical processes.

Before joining FRC in 2003, Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin University. He is a Registered Forester in Mississippi.

Mike Huffman is a Senior Client Account Manager providing management oversight on institutional and private client holdings in the greater Texarkana region including southwest Arkansas, east Texas, northwest Louisiana, and southeast Oklahoma. He comes to FRC with over 20 years of experience in forestry consulting and property management. Mike’s previous work experience includes serving as a Fiber Inspector at Think Power Solutions, General Foreman at Phillips & Jordan, and Forester with Berry College.

Mike is a 2001 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. In 2018, Mike obtained his Master of Business Administration from Berry College. He is also a Registered Forester in the state of Georgia and Arkansas.

Brian Tison is an Account Manager providing management oversight on both institutional and private client holdings in central and eastern Georgia.  Prior to joining our team, Brian’s spent seven years with The Forestry Company in Perry, FL where he rose to the position of Senior Forester.

In this position he gained extensive experience conducting timber sales, supervising logging operations, developing management plans, and completing timber inventories on client-owned lands.  Brian graduated from Oregon State University in 2011 with BS in Natural Resource, and he is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters and the Florida Forestry Association.

Chris serves as the Account Manager in charge of forestry management operations south Georgia.  Prior to this role, he served as a Forester in the Waycross office where he was responsible for executing field work for the company’s TIMO, REIT, and private clients.

Chris join FRC in 2004 as a Forest Technician in Macon office where he worked in twelve different states across the Southeastern USA as part of the field operations team.  Chris is a 2003 graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) with an Associates of Applied Science in Forestry.

Nick is an Account Manager in our Columbus, GA office where he handles all aspects of forest management for numerous clients in Western Georgia and Eastern Alabama.  Nick previously worked as a forester in our Columbus, GA office as well as our Nacogdoches, TX office where he supported forest management operations in those areas.

Nick started with FRC in May of 2019 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the Auburn University College of Forestry, Wildlife, and Environment.  Nick is originally from Central Alabama.

Hunter Jernigan is an Account Manager providing management oversight on institutional and private client holdings in southern Alabama, western Florida, and southern Mississippi. Prior to joining FRC, he worked as a Forester with American Forest Management where he was responsible for executing field work on institutional and private landowner client lands.

Hunter is a 2019 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry. He is also a Registered Forester in the state of Alabama.

Phil Smith recently transitioned into a part-time role as a contractor with the firm. He spent 41 years working as a full-time employee serving as an Account Manager with responsibilities including oversight and implementation of management activities on private, non-industrial clients’ forestlands in the Macon, Georgia office.

Phil also serves as a project leader on large-scale timber inventory projects completed across the southeastern US. He joined FRC in 1980 after brief employment with a forest products company. He obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Forest Technology from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and is a Registered Forester in Georgia.

Jackson Foster is an Account Manager in our Madison, GA office.  In this position, he handles all aspects of forest operations management for clients in northeastern Georgia and western South Carolina. Before being promoted into this role, he worked as a Forester out of our Columbus, GA office where gaining valuable experience by providing oversight of field operations, administrative responsibilities, and annual budget development on client-owned lands in eastern Alabama and western Georgia

Prior to joining FRC in January 2023, Jackson worked as a company summer intern in 2020 and 2022. As an intern, he completed a variety of field technician tasks across the region. Jackson earned his Bachelor of Natural Resource Management in Forestry from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in the fall of 2022.

As Director of Real Estate Services, Shane’s focus is to set the strategic course and aggressively market and expand FRC’s real estate services footprint across the southeastern United States. Within this role, he is actively looking to expand the company's client base, provide oversight on real estate transactions completed by the firm, and also serving as Managing Broker in Georgia and actively market properties on behalf of the company. Shane previously served as a Real Estate Consultant and Sales Agent with FRC for two years before being promoted into this leadership role.

Prior to joining FRC, Shane worked with Greencone Investments, LLC, where he assisted investors in acquiring properties for the purpose of establishing conservation easements as well as managing a portfolio of client-owned timberland assets. Before working with Greencone, he spent eleven years serving as a Vice President and Capital Markets Officer with AgSouth Farm Credit.

In this position, he was responsible for client development and loan underwriting on a portfolio of timberland assets averaging approximately $150 million annually. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Forestry at the University of Georgia, Shane spent nearly eight years procuring wood for two timber dealers in northeastern Georgia and the Upstate of South Carolina.

He is an active member of the Georgia Forestry Association and is a past member of the Georgia Forestry Foundation Board of Trustees.

David Foil previously served as company President and Board Chairman for twenty years. He continues to be a Broker for the company’s Real Estate Services team while also supporting the Family Business Planning Services team and business development efforts. David draws on his decades of experience working with private landowners and his organizational and administrative management skillset to provide invaluable advice to clients.

Prior to joining FRC in 1988, David worked with St. Regis Paper Company and J.T. Strahan Timber Corporation. He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters and is a licensed Forester and Real Estate Broker in multiple southern states. David is a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Forestry Association and the Forest Landowner’s Association.

He previously served as President of the Georgia Forestry Association, the Georgia Chapter of the Association of Consulting Foresters, and is a former Trustee with the Georgia Forestry Foundation. Prior to beginning his professional career, David obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Clemson University.

Bradley Wilson currently serves as the Managing Broker in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma for FRC Land Co., LLC. With eighteen years of experience in land and commercial investment brokerage, he is a seasoned real estate broker who brings a wealth of expertise in land sales, encompassing timberland, recreational, conservation/mitigation, and agricultural transactions. Bradley has a robust track record working with private landowners, institutional investors, and corporate timberland investment management organizations (TIMOs).  He is distinguished by his proficiency in working on strategic land investments associated with unique land and natural resource projects.

Bradley is dedicated to building trusting relationships with his clients, leveraging his extensive market knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. He excels in creating tailored strategic plans for landowners, whether they are looking to invest in or divest their land holdings. His commitment to staying informed and his passion for the field empowers him to offer exceptional guidance and insight in the dynamic world of real estate and natural resources.

Randy is Managing Broker overseeing real estate activities in Mississippi.  He previously served as an Operations Manager and Account Manager providing oversight of FRC’s forestry management activities in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi for many years.

Randy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Mississippi State University. Prior to joining FRC in 1992, he served as procurement forester and forest manager for a south Mississippi sawmill and timber operating company.

Zac Ryan currently serves as the Managing Broker in Florida for FRC Land Co., LLC. With more than 40 years of industry experience as a licensed real estate professional and appraiser, Zac brings unmatched expertise in the land sales and valuation space. He has become a trusted advisor to private landowners, institutional investors, state & federal agencies, and conservation partners given his extensive market knowledge of timberland, ranches, agricultural properties, and environmentally sensitive lands in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

He also provides strategic oversight of the firm's marketing efforts and serves as a member of the Valuation Services and Real Estate teams.

Prior to joining the company in 2001 and later becoming a shareholder in 2017, Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Master of Forest Business from the University of Georgia. In addition to his formal education, his exposure to forest operations and business through a multi-generational family-owned timberland company has helped him easily recognize and interpret issues that impact rural property markets and values.

Brian is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, Real Estate Salesperson, and Registered Forester in Georgia. He currently serves as a gubernatorial appointee on the Georgia Board of Registration for Foresters and is a member of the University of Georgia Alumni Association Board of Directors.  Brian is also member of the Georgia Forestry Association Board of Directors and previously served in multiple volunteer leadership roles within the Society of American Foresters and the American Society of Farm Mangers and Rural Appraisers.

Clay is a Real Estate Sales Agent working in the central Georgia region.  Prior to joining FRC, he worked in sales at Ag-Pro Companies. Clay graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness.  He is a licensed Georgia real estate agent.

Gina Thomas is a Forester & Real Estate Sales Agent in the Quitman, Mississippi office.

Jacob serves as the Western Operations Manager in charge of forestry management activities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Jacob served as an Account Manager in our Nacogdoches, Texas office where he planned and executed forest management operations in the eastern Texas region. Jacob joined FRC in 2019 with 10 years’ experience as a forestry consultant and logging contractor in eastern Texas.

Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He is a member of the Texas Forestry Association and the Texas Logging Council and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.

Dan currently serves as Associate Broker and Real Estate Sales Agent out of the Macon, GA office.  He previously serve in the role of FRC's Director of Real Estate Sales for eighteen year where he was focused on expanding FRC’s real estate services footprint and client base and provide oversight on real estate transactions completed by the firm.

Prior to joining FRC in 2003, he worked in real estate sales for Fickling & Company with a concentration on undeveloped land and commercial real estate sales. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Forestry at the University of the South and a Master of Business Administration at William and Mary, Dan worked 16 years in the forest products industry, primarily with Chesapeake Corporation in Virginia.

He holds an Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtor's Land Institute and is a past President of the organization’s Georgia Chapter. Dan is a Registered Forester in Georgia and a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Being both a Real Estate Salesperson and a practicing Registered Forester gives Larry critical insight into the valuable characteristics of rural property. He has over 40 years of experience in numerous projects including real estate sales, forest valuations, and land management activities for a variety of clients.

Larry joined FRC in 1991 after 16 years with a Middle Georgia land and timber company. He obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Forest Technology from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and was one of Georgia’s first forest technicians to become a Registered Forester. Larry is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia and Alabama.

Since 1985, Scott served as Owner and Managing Partner of LMG (formerly known as Lanier-Brookins, Inc.).  Established in 1974, Lanier-Brookins was a forestry consulting, appraisal, and real estate company with a client base of private and institutional landowners located in Georgia and Alabama.  Scott received and Associates of Forest Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and is a Licensed Sales Agent in Georgia.

As Director of Technical & Analytical Services, Jason will lead the Technical Services team in developing and delivering innovative geospatial solutions to a diverse client base as well as maintaining the highest standards of inventory, planning, and data management services. Jason also is responsible for providing oversight on all valuation and wood flow projects completed by the valuation and technical services staff. He also provides market valuation support on real estate and land management projects.

He has experience in forest management, database administration, growth and yield modeling, and expertise on timberland and timber stumpage markets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining the company in 2008 and becoming a shareholder in 2016, Jason worked as a Timberland Appraiser for the James W. Sewall Company in Charlotte, North Carolina, and then joined Rayonier as a Technical Forester and Timber Sales Forester in southeast Georgia.

Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Master of Forest Business from the University of Georgia. He is an active member of the Georgia Forestry Association and is a past state and local chapter president of the Society of American Foresters. He is a Registered Forester in Georgia and is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in multiple southern states.

As Inventory Data Manager and Technical Forester, Jonathan's duties include management of all inventory data processing and maintenance activities. He also continues to provide support with the execution of client data management and reporting processes.

His previous roles with the company include serving as a GIS Forester and Silviculture Manager on client lands in eastern Alabama and western Georgia. Jonathan holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Forestry from Auburn University. He is an Alabama Registered Forester.

As GIS Manager, Becca oversees the standard GIS operating procedures, implements quality control, and coordinates GIS software development and maintenance. In addition to these duties, she also provides support with the execution of client reporting and data management processes.

Prior to joining FRC as a GIS Specialist, Becca assisted in establishing a GIS program at the Historic Macon Foundation and managed a field office for the U.S. Census Bureau in Boston, Massachusetts. Becca obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence and Analysis with a concentration in Remote Sensing from Northeastern University in Boston.

As a Senior Forest Planning Analyst, Kris’s responsibilities include strengthening FRC’s technical services in the areas of data quality evaluation, process efficiency enhancement, harvest scheduling, growth and yield analysis, and client reporting.

Before joining FRC, he worked for 28 years in institutional forest investment planning and portfolio decision support for Hancock Forest Management, BTG Pactual, Forest Systems, and Resource Management Service.  Kris received a Master of Science in Forest Management and Economics from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

As Senior Analyst, Paul provides support on projects completed by the Technical Services team. He also utilizes his experience in various forest inventory techniques, spatial and tabular database management, growth and yield, and VBA and SQL programming to develop and maintain large-scale geodatabase systems and to test various forestry software designs.

Prior to joining the FRC staff in 2011 and becoming a shareholder in 2016, Paul worked 17 years with Potlatch Corporation, initially managing the GIS operations on more than 500,000 acres in Arkansas. Later, he transferred to the company’s headquarters in Spokane, Washington, and led the GIS Analytics Team, which managed geodatabase systems on the company’s 1.5-million-acre land base. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Mississippi State University and later returned to complete a Master of Forest Management and GIS.

Hal Carter is the Director of Valuation Services for FRC and is located in the Cordele, Georgia office. Hal leads the Valuation Services Team collaborating on appraisal and acquisition due diligence projects on timberland and farmland properties throughout the southeastern United States. He joined FRC in July of 2023 as a Senior Appraiser.

Prior to joining FRC, he worked at AgGeorgia Farm Credit for 12 years, serving as the bank's Chief Appraiser from 2020 until his departure. As Chief Appraiser, he led a team of valuators and certified appraisers in completing appraisals of timberland and farmland across the AgGeorgia territory. His experience also includes working for ten years as an independent fee appraiser. During this time, he completed real estate valuation projects on residential, commercial, and rural land.

Hal received an undergraduate degree in General Business from Georgia Southern University (GSU) in 1998. While at GSU, he competed as a member of the Eagles football team. Hal is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in multiple states and earned the designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management, Billy began his career in timber procurement and forest management in central Georgia. In 1970, he founded Forest Resource Consultants with a focus on helping private non-industrial landowners achieve their goals for the family forest.

For the next 30 years, Billy oversaw significant growth in the company’s operations and services as the organization’s President. From 2001 until 2018, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors where he guided the strategic vision for the company’s continued growth.

Throughout his career, Billy has served as guest speaker at many state and national forestry meetings, authored numerous articles, publications, and teaching manuals on various forestry subjects, and served in leadership roles on multiple boards and committees. In 2016, he was inducted into the Georgia Forester’s Hall of Fame as recognition of his many contributions to the forestry profession.

After serving for more than twenty years in an executive role with the company, Rich now serves as Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. In this position, he will continue to provide guidance on the direction of the firm’s business operations.

Prior to his retirement from full-time employment, he serviced as the firms Executive Vice President and provided significant contributions in the development of the company’s credibility in the southeastern timberland investment space as valuation expert.

Before joining the company in 1988 and later becoming a shareholder, Richie graduated from Mercer University with Bachelor of Business Administration. While continuing to work for the firm, he completed a Master of Forest Resource Management at Duke University in 2000.

He has held both forestry and appraisal licenses in multiple southeastern states and maintained membership in several professional organizations over his career.

David Foil previously served as company President and Board Chairman for twenty years. He continues to be a Broker for the company’s Real Estate Services team while also supporting the Family Business Planning Services team and business development efforts. David draws on his decades of experience working with private landowners and his organizational and administrative management skillset to provide invaluable advice to clients.

Todd currently serves a President where he directs the company’s administrative and operational oversight. In his previous role, Todd served as Vice-President of Operations, where he was responsible for oversight of the company’s Western Management Operations, Technical Services team, and Valuation Services team.

He has also served as a member of the company’s Management Team and Board of Directors.  Since joining FRC in 2019, Todd has led several strategic initiatives and has had an active role in the company’s business development initiatives. Todd became a company shareholder in 2021.

Prior to joining FRC, Todd had over 25 years of experience managing mill and wood procurement operations for two publicly traded companies in the pulp, paper, and lumber industries. Todd received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Forestry in Forest Business as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

He is a member of the Georgia Forestry Association serving as a past President and a board member.  He is also engaged in the Forest Resources Association as well as other professional associations.

As Director of Business Development & Client Services, Brian is responsible for establishing and managing new and existing relationships for across all client service areas in the southeastern United States. He also provides strategic oversight of the firm's marketing efforts and serves as a member of the Valuation Services and Real Estate teams.

Brian is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser, Real Estate Salesperson, and Registered Forester in Georgia. He currently serves as a gubernatorial appointee on the Georgia Board of Registration for Foresters and is a member of the University of Georgia Alumni Association Board of Directors.  Brian is also member of the Georgia Forestry Association Board of Directors and previously served in multiple volunteer leadership roles within the Society of American Foresters and the American Society of Farm Mangers and Rural Appraisers.

As Director of Technical & Analytical Services, Jason will lead the Technical Services team in developing and delivering innovative geospatial solutions to a diverse client base as well as maintaining the highest standards of inventory, planning, and data management services. Jason also is responsible for providing oversight on all valuation and wood flow projects completed by the valuation and technical services staff. He also provides market valuation support on real estate and land management projects.

He has experience in forest management, database administration, growth and yield modeling, and expertise on timberland and timber stumpage markets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining the company in 2008 and becoming a shareholder in 2016, Jason worked as a Timberland Appraiser for the James W. Sewall Company in Charlotte, North Carolina, and then joined Rayonier as a Technical Forester and Timber Sales Forester in southeast Georgia.

Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources and Master of Forest Business from the University of Georgia. He is an active member of the Georgia Forestry Association and is a past state and local chapter president of the Society of American Foresters. He is a Registered Forester in Georgia and is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in multiple southern states.

As Director of Real Estate Services, Shane’s focus is to set the strategic course and aggressively market and expand FRC’s real estate services footprint across the southeastern United States. Within this role, he is actively looking to expand the company's client base, provide oversight on real estate transactions completed by the firm, and also serving as Managing Broker in Georgia and actively market properties on behalf of the company. Shane previously served as a Real Estate Consultant and Sales Agent with FRC for two years before being promoted into this leadership role.

Prior to joining FRC, Shane worked with Greencone Investments, LLC, where he assisted investors in acquiring properties for the purpose of establishing conservation easements as well as managing a portfolio of client-owned timberland assets. Before working with Greencone, he spent eleven years serving as a Vice President and Capital Markets Officer with AgSouth Farm Credit.

In this position, he was responsible for client development and loan underwriting on a portfolio of timberland assets averaging approximately $150 million annually. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Forestry at the University of Georgia, Shane spent nearly eight years procuring wood for two timber dealers in northeastern Georgia and the Upstate of South Carolina.

He is an active member of the Georgia Forestry Association and is a past member of the Georgia Forestry Foundation Board of Trustees.

Hal Carter is the Director of Valuation Services for FRC and is located in the Cordele, Georgia office. Hal leads the Valuation Services Team collaborating on appraisal and acquisition due diligence projects on timberland and farmland properties throughout the southeastern United States. He joined FRC in July of 2023 as a Senior Appraiser.

Prior to joining FRC, he worked at AgGeorgia Farm Credit for 12 years, serving as the bank's Chief Appraiser from 2020 until his departure. As Chief Appraiser, he led a team of valuators and certified appraisers in completing appraisals of timberland and farmland across the AgGeorgia territory. His experience also includes working for ten years as an independent fee appraiser. During this time, he completed real estate valuation projects on residential, commercial, and rural land.

Hal received an undergraduate degree in General Business from Georgia Southern University (GSU) in 1998. While at GSU, he competed as a member of the Eagles football team. Hal is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in multiple states and earned the designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Tim is the Central Operations Manager and Real Estate Sales Agent responsible for oversight of forest management activities on all client-owned property in Alabama, western Georgia, and Mississippi. Most recently, Tim has served as Regional Manager of FRC’s Texas Operations.

In this position, he was successful in leading over 40 employees in the management of 1.1 million acres of client-owned assets. Since joining FRC in 2006 and becoming a shareholder in 2017, Tim has successfully opened offices in southeastern Georgia as well as launched the Lumpkin, Georgia operations. He has 36 years of forest operations experience in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas.

Tim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Michigan Technological University. He is a past board member of the Liberty County Forestry Board and Partners for Parks at Lake Warren State Park.

Tim has also served on the Georgia Forestry Association’s Environmental Committee. He is a SAF Certified Forester, a Registered Forester in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Alabama and Georgia.

As Eastern Operations Manager, Ike provides oversight on the management of institutional and private client holdings in northeast, central, and southeastern Georgia. His work ethic and attention to detail are important elements that have contributed to his growth as a manager of regional client properties.

Ike joined the FRC staff in 2007 as a forest technician in the Macon, Georgia office. He was promoted to an area forester position in 2009 and relocated to the Lumpkin, Georgia office. In 2014, Ike took over management responsibilities of FRC’s Waycross office as account manager.

He became a company shareholder in 2018.  Ike obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University.  He is a Registered Forester in Georgia and a member of the Georgia Forestry Association.

Jacob serves as the Western Operations Manager in charge of forestry management activities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Previously, Jacob served as an Account Manager in our Nacogdoches, Texas office where he planned and executed forest management operations in the eastern Texas region. Jacob joined FRC in 2019 with 10 years’ experience as a forestry consultant and logging contractor in eastern Texas.

Jacob obtained a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.  He is a member of the Texas Forestry Association and the Texas Logging Council and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.

As Family Business Planning Advisor, Andy provides clients with coaching and decision-making support that ensures a family's legacy will remain strong through generational changes. In this role, he draws on his 35 years of experience serving as an executive with two multi-generational family-owned businesses that held a diverse portfolio of assets.

Prior to joining FRC in 2019, his career included serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at Stuckey Timberland, Inc., and Superior Pine Products Company. Prior to these roles, he worked many years as a company forester and consulting forester in Georgia and Mississippi.

A 2012 inductee of the Georgia Forester’s Hall of Fame, Andy is an emeritus member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Forestry Association where he served as President in 2003. He also served on the Board of Advisors for the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources, College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, and the Langdale Center for Forest Business.

Andy also a past member of the Governor’s Agriculture Advisory Commission as well as the Board of Directors for the Heart of Georgia Technical College Foundation and Okefenokee Technical College Foundation. He is a licensed Forester in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia.

As Corporate Secretary, Paula provides support and leadership to the FRC organization to ensure that all the administrative responsibilities of the firm are fulfilled in an effective, high-quality manner. She continuously strives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of services provided to the clients.

Prior to joining the staff in 2021, Paula worked for three years with Stone Brooke Suites Assisted Living as Human Resources Partner. Prior to that, she was Director of Classical Conversations for the Macon-Middle Georgia area. Paula graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

As Corporate Controller, Gina maintains FRC’s financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. Prior to joining the staff in 2021, Gina had over 30 years of accounting and general ledger experience as well as maintaining multiple client payroll systems with a local accounting firm.
