FRC Land Co., LLC is pleased to present Bedrock Timberlands, a 12,551-acre timberland investment opportunity offered in three state-level units:

Georgia – CCA Unit – 4,225 acres

Alabama – CCA Unit – 2,806 acres

Mississippi – Meridian Unit – 5,520 acres

Each unit is available for purchase through a single-stage, sealed bid process. Individual bids for each unit of interest must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM EST on Monday, April 14, 2025. Notification of successful bid will be provided within 7 days. The targeted closing date of transaction(s) is Friday, May 30, 2025.

A data room housing property records and other information will open on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
