FRC Land Co., LLC is pleased to present Choctaw Timberlands, a 5,714-acre timberland investment opportunity offered in two units in Alabama and Mississippi:

Myrtlewood Unit – 3,057 acres

Oxford Unit – 2,657 acres

Each unit is available for purchase through a single-stage, sealed bid process. Bids for individual units and/or the offering as a whole must be submitted no later than 1:00 PM EST on Monday, August 25, 2025. Notification of successful bid will be provided within 7 days. The targeted closing date of transaction(s) is Friday, October 17, 2025.
