Thames A Tract

Thames Tract A is located northeast of Cuthbert, Ga near Benevolence Hwy via a deeded easement off Wade Rd. The tract has frontage along Little Pumpkin Creek providing for great wildlife habitat.  A good interior road system provides access throughout the property. The tract consists primarily of upland convertible timberland with some hardwood drains and creek bottoms providing for great diversity. The land cover types are as follows:

• +/- 190 acres of 2007 unthinned slash pine
• +/- 43 acres of hardwood bottomlands
