Description

Thames East Tract is located northeast of Cuthbert, Ga off County Rd. 138. The tract has approx. 500 ft. of frontage along the county dirt road with a good interior road system providing access throughout the property. The tract consists entirely of upland convertible timberland providing the potential for row crop or other agricultural conversion. The timberland age structure is as follows:

• +/- 122 acres of 2002 thinned loblolly pine
• +/- 28 acres of 2010 unthinned loblolly pine
• +/- 21 acres of 2010 unthinned slash pine
• +/- 26 acre of 2007 unthinned slash pine
• +/- 93 acres of recent clearcut

This tract adjoins an additional listing of +/- 857.45 acres to the west. A new survey of the western boundary will be required to determine the final acreage.
