Thames West Tract is a great hunting and timberland tract located northeast of Cuthbert, Ga off Benevolence Hwy. The tract has approximately 1700 ft. of paved road frontage and 1/2 mile of county dirt road frontage along Wade Rd. The tract boasts several miles of interior road providing complete access throughout the property. The tract contains a good balance of hardwood bottomland and upland convertible timberland providing for excellent wildlife habitat and future timberland returns. • ± 282 acres scheduled for reforestation this winter
• ±14 acres unthinned 2006 loblolly pine
• ±2 acres unthinned 2007 loblolly pine
